To request a Building Final and/or Certificate of Occupancy inspection, please submit an online request form with all required occupancy information, including two emergency contacts. It is imperative that all information is accurate and complete. To avoid delays and re-inspection fees, please complete a self-inspection using our checklist before scheduling. Failed Building Final or CO inspections will incur a $250 re-inspection fee.
