The Grapevine Fire Department welcomes both commendations and criticisms as our personnel strive to provide quality services to the community. Comments are appreciated, both positive and negative, to help us better understand how our services are received within the community and to assist our executive staff with identifying corrective issues that should be taken to improve service delivery.

Commendations or complaints may be submitted directly to the fire department executive staff by utilizing the How to Register a Fire Department Commendation or Complaint Form on the city website. The comments submitted are confidential and received by the Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chiefs for review and action.
