PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE

Pre-Application Meetings 


 

Thank you for your interest in developing in the City of Grapevine. To best manage the applications for new development and redevelopment, applicants are encouraged to meet with the city’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) to discuss proposals before making a formal submittal. The purpose of the pre-application meeting is to allow the applicant to become more familiar with the City's development ordinances and procedures and to ensure that applications will contain the required information.

 

The Pre-Application Committee (PAC) meeting is made up of staff from each of the City’s development related departments, and attendance to one of these meetings is highly encouraged prior to the formal submittal of plans for development. We recommend having design professionals in attendance to make the best use of time.  


Prior to scheduling the PAC, we require a concept plan and narrative of the proposal. Please email those materials to planning@grapevinetexas.gov.

Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month in a joint meeting with City Council. General Public Hearing Process.
