Applying for a Library Card
Stop at the circulation desk. Please provide:
- Full name
- Home address
- Telephone numbers
- Proof of address or property ownership (TXDL, utility bill, or tax statement, etc.); Texas driver’s license number; and date of birth.
- Signature in ink
Minors
Minors require signature of one parent and that parent’s Texas driver’s license number and date of birth on the application.
Cost
- An annual $50 non-resident fee is charged for patrons living outside of Grapevine.
- The library accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Guest Pass
Non-residents and visitors may request a free 1-hour guest pass to use library computers at the Reference Desk.
