Platting Process

To ensure a smooth review process, please submit the following items to the Public Works Counter at City Hall.

  • Plat application
  • Plat Fee
  • Five - 24" x 36" folded copies of the plat
  • Three - 24" x 36" copies of the preliminary water, sewer, and drainage plan
  • Plat review checklist
  • Traverse of boundary closure

⚠️ Important: Submittal Timing

Platting submittals are only accepted during the initial submittal dates specified in our Plat Review Schedule. To maintain the review timeline, staff cannot accept filings outside of these windows; you will be asked to return during the next scheduled timeframe if you attempt to submit early or late.
