Construction Plan Review

This process is managed within the Public Works Department by coordination with Development Services/Building Inspection.

Construction plan submittal requirements:
Preconstruction meeting developer requirements:
  • Attend preconstruction meeting
  • Have approved set of plans from Engineering and/or Building Inspection.
  • Have plans signed and sealed by a licensed professional engineer
