The City of Grapevine is fortunate to have a large number of concerned citizens who are willing to volunteer their time, energy and expertise to serve the community as members of our various boards and commissions which help maintain the quality of life we enjoy in our City. Annually in April, the City accepts applications from its citizens for appointment to the various boards and in June the City Council makes appointments. We salute these volunteers for their dedicated service. Our Library Board acts in an advisory capacity on matters pertaining to the Grapevine Municipal Library. Meetings are held quarterly on the third Monday.
