Fire Hydrant Construction Meter

1. Complete the Construction Meter Application.
2. Pay your deposit in person at Utility Billing located in City Hall, 200 South Main Street. Deposits must be made using cash, debit/credit card, or check. Checks should be made payable to the City of Grapevine. Construction meter deposits are $750 per 3" meter and $125 per 3/4" meter. Deposits are held until the account is closed. Deposits are first applied to the final bill prior to refund.
3. Pick up your construction meter at City Hall, 200 South Main Street, Grapevine.
4. Pay your monthly bill (See Make a Payment). A rental fee of $30.00 per month is applied after 90 days.
