Make a Payment
Online Payment
Payment Due Dates: If due dates fall on a weekend or holiday, payment due dates are deferred to the following business day (Monday-Friday). Drafts are processed in accordance with the due date.
Pay your water bill online easily and conveniently.
Click here to pay your bill online. You will need your account number and pin which are both located on your utility bill. In order to gain access and pay your water account online for the first time, you must first apply for new service with the City of Grapevine either online or manually (see Apply for New Service instructions here).
Pay by Phone
Pay your water bill over the phone 24 hours/7 days per week
- Call 1-855-394-0863
- Pay using a debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted)
- Requires your account number.
In Person Payment
Pay your water bill in person at the Utility Billing Office at City Hall using one of the following methods:
- Pay with cash
- Pay with check or money order (payable to the City of Grapevine)
- Pay with debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted)
Mail Payment
Mail your check or money order (payable to the City of Grapevine) to the Utility Billing Office

Payments are due in the Utility Billing office no later than 20 days after the postmarked date on the bill.
Drop Box Payment
Pay your water bill using the 24-hour drop box at City Hall.
If you need to make a payment after 5 PM on weekdays or over the weekend, you can drop off a check
or money order (no cash please) any time in the drop box located at the back door of City Hall.
Make a check or money order payable to the City of Grapevine.
Automatic Bank Drafts - Online Setup
- Log into your City online payment system account using your 13 digit account number and your 8 digit password/pin which are both located on your water bill ( your default password/pin is your provided 8 digit Customer ID)
- Go to the "Action to Perform" drop-down menu and select "Register for Additional Services"
- If you have not changed your password/pin before, the system will prompt you to change it next; then click "Continue." If you have already changed your password before this login, proceed to the next step below
- If you have not already entered your email into the system, go to the "Action to Perform" drop-down menu and select "Change basic account information." Then, enter your email address (an email address is required for all automatic/recurring payments) and select "Continue"
- Go to the "Action to Perform" drop-down menu and select "Set up or change automatic bank draft payments"
- Enter the information requested on this page and select "Continue"
- You will be brought back to the home page, and at the bottom, it will state "Automatic Payment - Yes" and "Automatic Payment Type - Checking" confirming the correct setup!
Recurring Debit/Credit Card Payments - Online Setup
- Log into your City online payment system account using your 13 digit account number and your 8 digit password/pin which are both located on your water bill (your default password/pin is your provided 8 digit Customer ID)
- Go to the "Action to Perform" drop-down menu and select "Register for Additional Services"
- If you have not changed your password/pin before, the system will prompt you to change it next; then click "Continue." If you have already changed your password before this login, proceed to the next step below.
- If you have not already entered your email into the system, go to the "Action to Perform" drop-down menu and select "Change basic account information." Then, enter your email address (an email address is required for all automatic/recurring payments) and select "Continue"
- Enter the information requested on this page and select "Continue"
- Go to the "Action to Perform" drop-down menu and select "Set up or change automatic credit card payments"
- Enter the information requested on this page and select "Continue" (Please pay particular attention to the credit card expiration date format of YYYY-MM)
- You will be brought back to the home page, and at the bottom, it will state "Automatic Payment - Yes" and "Automatic Payment Type - Credit Card" confirming the correct setup!
Remember, if you choose to pay your account with a credit/debit card, you will need to update the card's information prior to the card’s expiration date or the next payment will be declined by your card provider.
