   For the free home delivery of materials for Grapevine Residents who are unable to visit the library, either temporarily or permanently. Free delivery is provided to anyone who lives in Grapevine and is unable to visit the library due to temporary or permanent illness or disability, and parents with newborns up to 3 months.
