The City of Grapevine formally adopted its Investment Policy on May 6, 1997 in accordance with Chapter 2256, Texas Government Code, and the Public Funds Investment Act.
This Investment Policy applies to all of the investment activities of the City. These funds are accounted for in the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
The City of Grapevine's most recent revision of its Investment Policy was adopted on September 18, 2012.

By publicly posting the following written disclosure, the City of Grapevine intends that market participants receive and use it for purposes of the independent registered municipal advisor exemption to the SEC Municipal Advisor Rule.
