Utilities Online Application Unavailable 

Currently, the online utilities application for water, sewer, and garbage is unavailable. If you need to apply for any of these services, please print the application and email the completed application. Applications are processed Monday – Friday and may require up to three days for processing.

This utilities application
 includes residential water, sewer, refuse collection, and storm water drainage services.

  1. Fill out a printed application form.  
  2. Submit your completed application form via email, fax, mail, or in person to the Utility Billing Office at City Hall.
  3. According to the option you chose on your submitted application, pay your deposit with the application (in person using credit/debit card, cash, or check) or pay your deposit with your first bill.
*Your $50 residential water deposit will be held until you close your account; it will be applied to your final bill or refunded.
