Library Board Room
The Entwined Minds Book Club meets every 2nd Monday of the month in the Library Board Room. We welcome all who are interested in discussing a variety of literature - including Fiction, Nonfiction, Classics, and even a Young Adult novel or two. Book discussion for the month of June is The Maid by Nita Prose. Multiple copies of this title are available to check out at the front desk while supplies last.
Library Program Room
Local author Rodney Bond will present details about the self-publishing process on Amazon, as well as discuss marketing techniques, and royalty distributions. Before retiring in 2018, Rodney had written and self-published through a private publisher multiple family history books, and had created a website dedicated to genealogy titled “Many Mini Biographies,” which has over one million hits. After retiring, Rodney began to self-publish history books on Amazon which were based on his research. After publishing six historical books, Rodney then self-published his most recent book, Science + God + Humanity. Rodney also published a book, Messages for Graduates, through a professional company and will discuss some of the differences. This is a special Express Yourself Writers Club event, but all library patrons are welcome to attend.
