INFORMATION ON APPLICATION: Signature in ink; address; phone numbers; e-mail address; place of business; proof of address or property ownership (TXDL, utility bill, or tax statement, etc.); Texas driver’s license number; and date of birth. Minors require signature of one parent and their parent’s Texas driver’s license number and date of birth.
Non-resident cards are available for an annual fee of $50 per year.

Cards are free for Grapevine residents, but non-residents may get a card for an annual fee of $50. Property owners in Grapevine may get a free library card with a current Grapevine property tax bill. GCISD teachers may also get a free card with school ID.
