A short-term rental, or STR, is the rental or offer for rental of any dwelling or any portion of a dwelling for a period of less than 30 days.

The City of Grapevine recently adopted an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance on January 16, 2024 making multifamily short-term rentals permissible under specific conditions and limitations found in Section 21, Short-Term Rentals of the Zoning Ordinance.
