FREE ONLINE PROGRAM!

Feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Want to learn how to bring movement into your life? Meditation and yoga are powerful tools that promote mindfulness and help to manage daily stress and challenges.

Join us on online on April 25, 2021 from 3:30 PM-4:30 PM. Registration is now open at https://grapevine.libcal.com/event/7714492

Join Udani, a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), for a 1 hour class where she will cover the basics of meditation and introduce you to a basic vinyasa sequence. In vinyasa yoga, practitioners move from one yoga pose (asana) to another while coordinating their breath and movement.

During this class, you can expect to learn the basics of yoga philosophy and you will also get the opportunity to practice meditation and yoga.

Note: This class is appropriate for all skill levels because the practice of yoga and meditation is continuous but the course will be targeted toward beginners. It is recommended that you find a quiet space to take this class. All you need is an open mind, a computer or mobile device to connect via zoom, and a comfortable space.
