Planning and Zoning Commission

Purpose

The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends the boundaries of original zoning districts and appropriate regulations to be enforced therein, holds public hearings and prepares recommendations for the City Council pertaining to changes in zoning district boundaries or regulations, makes recommendations concerning property platting and replatting, and advises the City Council on creation of and additions to master land use and master thoroughfare plans for the physical development of Grapevine.

  • Each month on the third Tuesday, with special meetings and workshops as needed
  • 7:30 PM
  • Council Chambers, 200 S. Main St.
