Online Customer Service Survey



The Grapevine Police Department is committed to providing exemplary customer service in a professional manner that ensures all citizens and visitors a safe and secure environment. The information is used to evaluate our service to you and modify activities accordingly. You can submit commendations and citizen complaints through our online citizen survey.   

It is the policy of the Grapevine Police Department to investigate all complaints against the department or its employees. This ensures the integrity of the department while protecting the rights and interests of both citizens and department employees.

Any person who believes that they have been the recipient of racial profiling or any other employee misconduct affected by a member of the Grapevine Police Department, may file a complaint.  Please give specific information concerning the details of your misconduct allegation. By completing the form you are certifying that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You further understand that making a false report to a police officer is a criminal offense (Penal Code Section 37.08 - False Report to Peace Officer or Law Enforcement Employee).

A complaint may be completed in person with a supervisor or by telephone, mail, or email. The police department is located inside the Grapevine Public Safety Building at: 1007 Ira E. Woods, Grapevine, TX 76051. Please remember to include your name and contact information (phone number and/or email address) so a supervisor can respond.
