Essential Prerequisite Skills & Abilities

  • Must be able to pass a multi-tasking computerized proficiency test
  • Must have the ability to handle objectionable or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy, retaining emotional control and maintaining appropriate behavior, attitude, honesty, and productivity while under pressure from irate or abusive callers, time constraints personal problems, or other sources
  • Must have the ability to learn and apply new information, and remember and recall details
  • Must have ability to act in a decisive manner, using good judgment ('common sense') and maintaining objectivity in the decision-making process
  • Must have the ability and willingness to accept responsibility for actions, criticism, and/or discipline
