City of Grapevine Utility Information

Water
The Water system is operated by the City of Grapevine. To sign up online for water service, go to the Utility Billing Section . For information on water quality or infrastructure, go to the Public Works/ Water section.

To report any water main breaks or water leaks during normal working hours please call 817-410-3330 . For after hours emergencies, contact the Grapevine Police Department dispatch line at 817-410-8127, and the request will be forwarded to our on-call personnel.

Garbage and Recycling
Garbage and recycling service is provided as a part of your monthly City water and wastewater bill. The City contract this service out to Allied Waste Services. For more information on the service schedules and guidelines go to the Solid Waste and Recycling Page.

Electric Service
In Texas, electric service is deregulated and is available from a number of retail electric providers. For more information, go to www.powertochoose.org .

Gas Service
In the city of Grapevine, gas is available through Atmos Energy.

Telephone Service
Telephone service is deregulated and is available from several providers. In South Grapevine (South of Hall-Johnson), service is availabe through AT&T/SBC. North of Hall-Johnson, service is available through Verizon.

Cable Television
Cable TV is available through either Verizon or Time Warner Cable.
