The City of Grapevine Purchasing Division provides support services for our internal customers and our vendors in order to sustain, foster, and support the missions of the City of Grapevine while adhering to the requirements of City, State, and Federal laws, rules, and procedures.
The Purchasing Division operates under the Department of Administrative Services and at the direction of the Director of Administrative Services. Purchasing Staff is comprised of the Purchasing Agent, Purchasing Coordinator and Warehouse Staff.
At the direction and approval of the City Council, the division has the responsibility and sole authority to obligate funds for procurements for supplies, materials and equipment necessary for the delivery of municipal services, as well as contracting for construction, professional or personal services. Some major construction projects may be handled by or in corporation with the Public Works Department.
The Purchasing Office is located in the City Service Center at 501 Shady Brook, Grapevine, Texas 76051.

Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Purchasing) and 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Warehouse) Monday through Friday, excluding City Holidays.
