The City Council of the City of Grapevine has established purchasing and administrative polices and procedures that apply to the purchase of goods and/or services. The policies and procedures include information on how to submit purchase requests, approval requirements, bid and quotation requirements, purchase order processing, purchasing card procedures and other purchasing related information.
