The purchasing division maintains a list of plan holders for larger construction and project bids that is updated on a daily basis and is available for download for some bids. Each list is in PDF format. If you do not have the Acrobat reader to read pdf files you may download a copy from the following link:

Please do not call Purchasing for a plan holders list. Plan holders lists will not be given over the phone or sent by fax. Unless noted otherwise, plan holders list information will be posted on this web site and updated on a daily basis. Please allow sufficient time for the posting.
