The Technical Services Division consists of the Communications Section and the Records Section with  nineteen civilian personnel.

The Communications Section is responsible for answering all 9-1-1 and non-emergency phone calls, dispatching police, fire and EMS, entering and confirming warrants, stolen property, and missing persons.

The Records section enters and maintains all police and accident reports into the records management system, processes all alarm permit inquiries and responds to all requests for records. This division is also responsible for all technology including computers, servers and communication equipment in the police department.
