The two documents on this page provide you with a means to give feedback to the Police Department. The Survey asks a few questions about the service you received. If you encountered a problem with the service, the survey form may be used to provide feedback about the service. The Grapevine Police Department is committed to providing exemplary customer service in a professional manner that ensures all citizens and visitors a safe and secure environment.
It is the policy of the Grapevine Police Department to investigate all complaints against the department or its employees. This ensures the integrity of the department while protecting the rights and interests of both citizens and department employees.
Any person who believes that they have been the recipient of racial profiling or any other employee misconduct affected by a member of the Grapevine Police Department, may file a complaint.
A complaint may be lodged in person with a supervisor or by telephone, mail, or email. The police department is located at 307 W. Dallas Road, Grapevine, TX 76051. The administrative telephone number for the department is (817) 410-3204. To speak with a supervisor after normal business hours, you may call (817) 410- 8127.
