Carolyn Van Duzee, Personnel Director
Carolyn Van Duzee has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science Degree (major in Industrial Relations) from Iowa State University at Ames, Iowa. She began her career with the City of Grapevine as a Personnel Analyst in 1988 and was appointed to the post of Personnel Director in 1992. She is a member of the International Personnel Management Association, the Texas Personnel Management Association, and the Society of Human Resources.
