H.E.R.O.

The City of Grapevine is committed to serving the diverse needs of citizens.  This program benefits qualifying Grapevine citizens who have financial need and wish to participate in city operated recreation programs.  The H.E.R.O. (Helping Everyone Enjoy Recreational Opportunities) Program enables citizens of all ages, who have financial need, to participate in city operated recreation programs
at little to no cost.
