Municipal Court 



The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of City government that provides a legal forum for persons allegedly in violation of Class C misdemeanors under the Texas Motor Vehicle laws, Penal Code, Alcoholic Beverage Code, Controlled Substances Act, and City ordinances.  The Municipal Court renders impartial support to complainants, witnesses, prosecutors and defendants.

The following information pertains solely to the City of Grapevine Municipal Court. All municipal courts handle their cases differently and the fines vary by city. Contact the Court for any questions or explanations not addressed here.
