How to Get a Grapevine Public Library Card

Visit the library at 1201 Municipal Way. Stop at the Circulation desk, and request an application. Complete the application, supplying full name, home address, telephone numbers, date of birth, one D/FW area resident as an alternate contact person, and signature in ink. Minors require signature of one parent and that parent’s Texas driver’s license number and date of birth on the application. An annual $25.00 non-resident fee is charged for patrons living outside the Grapevine area. The library accepts cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard.
