Real Estate Marketing To assist Grapevine property owners in the marketing of their commercial or industrial property for sale or lease, the City of Grapevine has enrolled with the internet real estate marketing companies webrealestate.com and cib.net. Webrealestate.com and cib.net markets properties throughout the region via e-mail broadcasts and web-site listings. Included in their web-sites are search engines that allow a search by location, price, acreage, etc. Their web-site is located at www.webrealestate.com and www.cib.net.
At no cost to the property owner, the City of Grapevine can submit a property to these companies for listing once the basic information is received from the owner or representative. A simple check-list and application is filled out and signed by the owner. Photos can also be placed on the site. Staff can take a digital photo of the site if needed or one can be provided by the owner. Digital photos should be provided in jpeg or tiff format. The web-site provider webrealestate.com has indicated that only those properties with photos will be broadcast on their site. The property owner can request that their property be de-listed at any time from either site.
Webrealestate.com and cib.net require that the member, or in this case the City, be listed as the contact for interested parties. Therefore, we will list the economic development staff member as the contact. All leads generated on the property will then be conveyed directly to the property owner or broker. City staff does not negotiate with interested parties but just relays leads to the appropriate contact.
To get listed:
- Fill out the appropriate application on the basis of retail/ office or industrial property.
- Fill out the release with the owner's signature and notary.
- Either mail or fax the information to the following address or fax number.
