Office Market Analysis, 2006 Upon the request of the Grapevine City Council, a study was conducted between the months of June and August of 2006 to investigate current office vacancy and rent rates within the community.  To acquire a comprehensive overview of the Grapevine office market, two research teams were utilized. The City of Grapevine staff conducted a comprehensive study to assess the current vacancy and lease rates city-wide and by local sub-districts.
