Utility Billing

The Utility Billing Office manages the City's billing for water, wastewater, recycling and trash service. Responsibilities include establishing new accounts, customer inquiries, and providing trash and recycling service information to new customers.

The Utility Billing Office's regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Additionally, a utility billing drop box is located on the back side of the Grapevine City Hall. Utility payments may be dropped in the box any time of the week. The Utility Billing office will be closed the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas (2 days).

After hours emergency water line breaks and wastewater backup calls can be made to Police Dispatch at 817-410-8127.
