If you receive a "Cannot display website" message, click on the "Page" drop-down menu in the upper right hand corner of IE7 and choose "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer." You will be prompted a second time for login credentials - please login again to access the FTP site.
ATTENTION:
Files transferred over a browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) are sent in clear text; therefore, the files being transferred are NOT encrypted. We recommend that you use an FTP client with encryption capabilities and/or if you experience difficulty connecting to our FTP sites through a browser.
